  • About The program

The program is tailored to each singer’s vocal needs, repertoire, and career goals. Rather than following a fixed curriculum, all work is shaped around the artist — supporting personal growth while strengthening artistic identity and performance readiness.

This program is intended for singers who seek focused, in-depth work. It is particularly suited for artists who are refining roles and repertoire, preparing for auditions, competitions, or upcoming engagements, and who wish to receive individual guidance beyond a generalized masterclass setting.

Applicants should be prepared to work intensively, reflect deeply, and engage with the process at a professional level. The program aims to support singers who are ready to take the next step toward confident, expressive, and sustainable performance.

    * Partial participation possible: For more information, please write to info@canto-vocal.org.

  • What will you learn?

Led by Liora Maurer and Sharon Mohar, founders of Canto, the program provides practical, performance-focused training, combining individual coaching with group-based performance work.

Role and repertoire study tailored to each singer

Building vocal consistency in service of expressive performance

Developing interpretation grounded in text, style, and character

Strengthening artistic identity and performance profile

Preparing repertoire for auditions, competitions, and professional engagements

Learning to present oneself with clarity, confidence, and focus

Group performance classes focused on stage presence, communication, and performing under pressure

Acting techniques for singers, including performing in front of the camera

By the end of the program, participants leave with clearly defined repertoire and the tools to prepare, perform, and present themselves as complete artists — on stage and on camera.
