Jennifer Quiñones is the Founder and Conductor of Inspiro and has served as Director of Music at Community Lutheran Church in Sterling, Virginia, since 2016. At Community, she has conducted numerous major choral works, including Rachmaninoff’s Vespers, Fauré’s Requiem, and other significant sacred and concert pieces. A seasoned church musician and organist since 1998, Mrs. Quiñones has led music ministries in congregations across the United States. She is also the Creative Director of Gabelli Lullabies, a lullaby and creative arts company she founded in 2019.

For many years, Jennifer was a working musician in New York City, accompanying and conducting for many musical performances with opera, vocalists, ensembles, and teachers. She was also an accompanist for the Julliard School for several vocal classes. She previously held the position youth music director at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Rochester NY where she conducted Menotti’s Amahl and the Night Visitors. While in Rochester, she was the Assistant Conductor for the Eastman Bach Children’s Chorus and the Mozart Children’s Chorus at the Eastman School of Music.

Many of her responsibilities as assistant conductor included preparing and conducting formal concerts annually with the Rochester Chamber Orchestra’s performance of The Messiah, and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra’s performance of The Nutcracker Ballet.

In addition to conducting professionally, Mrs. Quinones is an active performer, premiering several new works for either solo piano or piano with instrumentalist in the United States Italy, and the Czech Republic. Mrs. Quinones has been sought after as a performer of new music and has performed with such artists as David Craighead, Hugh Smith, Stephen Kennedy, and the Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra of Washington DC. Jennifer also appeared in Lincoln Center's Reel to Reel series production, "What's Opera, Doc?" as the “Maestro” during the 2003 - 2005 seasons which was produced by Alina Bloomgarden.
